Why Book Through EGSA?
Book your hotel room with EGSA and you get added benefits like the best prices for you! Booking a room within the reserved block is an important way to support the conference and ultimately help keep overall costs as low as possible as we need to confirm a certain number of rooms without having to pay an attrition fee. Staying “in the block” is also more convenient and helps you connect with the informal activities and networking opportunities that occur at the hotels during the event. EGSA also protects your reservations from hotel overbookings.
Group Discount
If your member company registers more than 2 employees (excluding spouses/significant others and complimentary exhibitors/sponsors), each additional person receives a 50% discount on their registration fee (not applicable to the optional items)!
To receive the discount, use the group registration feature, which will automatically apply the discount to all the registrations after the first two. If your team didn’t register via the group registration, we can still offer the discount. Contact us at info@EGSA.org for more information.

Spouse Program
Join us for a Spouse Program Activity on Monday, September 16th, featuring a visit to Snoqualmie Falls and brunch at Salish Lodge.
Cost: $150
Enjoy a scenic 45-minute drive from Seattle, crossing Lake Washington's floating bridges into the Cascade Mountains. You'll pass through charming towns like Snoqualmie and North Bend, known for Twin Peaks. At the historic Salish Lodge & Spa, savor a brunch with views of hiking trails and alpine scenery. After brunch, explore Snoqualmie Falls, with its two-acre park, hiking trail, observation deck, gift shop, and the impressive 270-foot waterfall. The tour ends with a return to the hotel.
