Sreedhar Sistu is the Vice President, AI Offers at Schneider Electric.
He is a senior software product executive and leader with extensive experience in product strategy and growth, portfolio planning, cloud architecture, DevOps, large-scale deployments, off-shore management and program management.

Sreedhar is currently working on applying artificial intelligence to address energy management, industrial automation and sustainability at scale leveraging a comprehensive platform approach. Responsibilities include end-to-end ownership of AI Offers, strategic planning, working with key customers and other stakeholders to define product roadmap, collaborating with solutions and technology teams to deliver products that meet and exceed these needs, defining pricing, packaging and go-to-market messaging for these products, managing internal and external partner interactions for commercial success.
Sreedhar has spoken at several product forums on AI and its application to enterprise, energy and sustainability, and was hosted on several podcasts.
He is a Mechanical Engineer with Masters in Operations Research and Statistics from Indian Statistical Institute followed by MBA from Duke University.

Nick Boehm

Nick is a senior electrical designer with 14 years of experience primarily focused on healthcare design. With a passion for meeting client and staff needs, his main responsibilities include designing normal and emergency power systems, site specific medical equipment infrastructure, lighting design and controls to meet IES standards, energy conservation code, and general receptacle and power coordination. He works closely with healthcare staff, project managers, and other MEP disciplines to ensure the final design meets client needs and complies with NFPA and FGI design requirements.
Nick also has extensive experience in the field ranging from gathering data and generating reports for feasibility and assessment studies to general construction administration and punch lists. Nick has a long history of utilizing specification writing using utilities such as Masterspec and has most recently been focused on RIB Speclink for the past 4 years.

Previously, Daimon held key roles at ADP, Equifax, Lexis-Nexis and Construct Connect, where he optimized client management, launched new products and produced significant revenue growth. His leadership has consistently fostered positive organizational culture and employee loyalty.

Nate Deibler

Nate has over twenty years of experience in seismic certification and anchorage of equipment serving in various engineering and sales management roles with manufacturers such as Mason Industries, Vibro Acoustics, and VMC Group. For the past six years he has led numerous manufacturers through seismic testing and certification programs for IBC and California HCAI (OSHPD) OSP program, ranging from diesel gensets, electrical distribution products, and HVAC systems. Nate joined Pre Compliance this year as Director of Engineering. He oversees integrated site-specific seismic and wind certification and anchorage projects for essential facilities in the US and abroad. He holds both mechanical and civil professional engineering (PE) licenses in 19 states and 3 Canadian provinces. Nate was on the ASHRAE Method of Testing & Rating Seismic Restraint Devices SPC 171 Task Committee. He currently serves on ASCE 7-28: Seismic Subcommittee (Nonstructural (TC8). He is married with 3 kids. He enjoys road and mounting biking in his free time.

As a result, Shana was also instrumental in helping the company achieve its sales goals, leading to its buyout by a public company.

Prior to working with AMR, Shana served a variety of different companies as a hands-on consultant advancing their sales and marketing objectives. She has worked in diverse verticals such as pharma, hearing loss tech, voice technology and senior market products. One of her major clients was MDLIVE, a pioneering telemedicine company, where she served as their interim VP of Marketing for 18 months from 2012 – 2013.

Shana has also served on several boards and values community. She was on the Board of Directors for SOS Wireless Communications and the Aging Technology Alliance. Her community work includes building the Clarkson University Parents Facebook page, which was a needed online community for parents. This page now has over 3000 members and is an active resource for the parents of university students.

Jack has done power generation for large scale data center standby, construction projects, specialty power & HVAC rental, entertainment & events, oil & gas and prime power projects worldwide. Jack has worked in high level position including Showpower, Rolls Royce Power Systems/MTU, SDMO and General Electric. He’s held positions as General Manger, General Sales Manager, Director and always brought growth, brand awareness, built a strong team and culture for the companies he’s work with. Jack is the Director of Power Development at ANA Corp and helping pioneer their larger generators and Energy Boss Energy Storge Systems.
Joe Kendall

Joe is a Florida transplant originally from the Philadelphia/South Jersey area. While attending college at Drexel University, he worked as a chemical plant maintenance engineer, specializing in process automation controls. After acquiring his BSEE in 2015, Joe was hired as a PCS Application Engineer at ASCO Power Technologies in Florham Park, NJ, where he supported ASCO’s Paralleling Switchgear division. In the midst of 2017 Hurricane Irma’s aftermath, Joe moved to Orlando where he began working as a Field Sales Engineer. Having observed the profound impacts of the Category 4 storm, Joe decided to focus his career on the continuous enhancement of standby and emergency power systems. Over the past seven years, Joe has made substantial power design contributions on several high-profile projects in Florida and beyond. Recently married, Joe happily resides in Maitland, FL with his wife, Jessie. He enjoys a multitude of hobbies such as playing piano and working on his motorcycle.
Kent McLemore

Kent has been involved in the development of the portable and permanent power industry since 1986 when Aggreko was first opened in the US. There he developed the first complete rentalized portable power distribution systems and developed their entertainment division. In 1991 he founded Power Temp Systems where they developed the standard for portable power distribution systems still used today. In 2005 he started APS Power Systems which he sold to Trystar in 2008. In 2013 he left and his team bought back Power Temp Systems where they have continued to develop the integration of the portable and permanent power worlds, helping to drive safer and better industry standards and practices in the portable generator and load bank quick connects, paralleling, ATSs, Isolation Bypass, and Switchboard industries.
Brandon Morales

Brandon Morales is the Service Manager for the Los Angeles branch of Collicutt Energy, the California onsite energy MTU dealer. After High School graduation, Brandon served in the Navy as a Damage Controlman onboard the John C. Stennis (CVN74). After his service he began his decade long career as an on-highway Diesel Technician where he excelled in diagnosing, repairs and complete engine overhauls. During this time Brandon enrolled at Cerritos College, eventually transferring and graduating Cum Laude from California Baptist University with a B.S. in Business Management. After Graduation, Brandon joined the Collicutt Power Generation team where he has been integral in leading the culture change and upward charge of the service department. Brandon enjoys spending time off hiking with his wife and two sons, camping, playing softball and watching football.
Jessica Navarro

Jessica Navarro is a senior vice president, electrical engineer and the North Texas Business Line Leader for WSP. With over 20 years of experience with WSP, her duties have included project management, project engineer, production coordinator, construction administration, quality control, and project design. Jessica is currently managing a team of 80+ engineers and designers.
Jessica has been involved in the design of a variety of different projects, including hospital facilities, infrastructure upgrades, master planning, medical office buildings, and parking garages, as well as finish-out and renovation projects. Jessica’s expertise includes electrical distribution design, redundant emergency systems by means of generator systems and paralleling switchgear.
Jessica maintains an up-to-date knowledge based on industry trends in Healthcare design and takes pride in coordinating efforts between trades to provide practical and sustainable solutions that work for the entire team. She has practical experience in renovating complex systems while keeping existing hospital systems operational.
Jennifer Nekuda

Jennifer Nekuda, PE is a licensed electrical professional engineer with 25 years’ experience in electrical engineering – 12 years in consulting engineering and 13 years in manufacturing. Currently, Jen is an Engineered Solutions Manager with Kohler Energy, where she works in partnership with specifiers, contractors, and customers to develop backup power solutions for a variety of applications – including, electrical and water utilities, and commercial and industrial applications. She speaks regularly at engineering seminars and industry events on a variety of topics.

Jen is a graduate from Wichita State University (Go Shockers) with a Bachelor of Business Administration in Marketing, The University of Kansas (Go Jayhawks) with a Bachelor of Science in Architectural Engineering and a Master of Engineering in Project Management. For fun, Jen teaches technical courses at Park University in Kansas City and likes to garden, chase rainbows and sunsets, and go on Lewis and Clark adventures.

Vance is an industry veteran with over 30 years’ experience with end users as well as OEM and Service Providers supporting Mission Critical Facilities and Data Centers. Vance’s strong background in both electrical and mechanical engineering along with the balance of risk and operational management make him a key contributor to designs, products and services supporting data centers. Prior to Schneider Electric, Vance deployed this knowledge and was an operating partner of a life cycle services company specializing in the design, build and operation of mission critical facilities and systems throughout North America.

Robert is a practical employment attorney who represents businesses in labor and employment matters, including workplace safety and health (OSHA) matters and claims of discrimination, retaliation, harassment, and wrongful termination. Robert is experienced in representing employers in OSHA matters from the initial OSHA inspection, all the way through an administrative appeal (trial) of OSHA citations. He is routinely called upon to assist businesses with workplace crises, such as catastrophic injuries and fatalities. He also advises employers on legal safety issues and OSHA regulations. Robert is a leading speaker on OSHA topics nationwide. Robert is a Co-Chair of the firm’s Workplace Violence Prevention Practice Group. He has deep experience in workplace violence prevention, including OSHA compliance, investigations, litigation, and crisis assessment and response. Robert routinely provides training and counsel on workplace violence prevention issues. Robert received his juris doctor, cum laude, from the University of San Diego School of Law. During law school, he served as a judicial extern to the Honorable Eddie C. Sturgeon, San Diego County Superior Court, and as a corporate counsel intern in Jack in the Box, Inc.’s legal department. He is a Journeyman Wireman (electrician), and holds unrestricted electrical contractor licenses in Georgia, Alabama, and South Carolina having been in practice for over 40 years. He has served as an electrical apprenticeship instructor for the International Brotherhood of Electrical Workers (IBEW) and the National Joint Apprenticeship and Training Committee (NJATC). Steve is fully board certified as an Electrical Inspector by the International Association of Electrical Inspectors (IAEI) and is a certified Caterpillar Electric Power Analyst and Electric Power Product Support Manager.

Karen is originally from the state of Georgia, and after graduating with honors from the United States Merchant Marine Academy, she worked for Chevron Shipping Company for ten years – sailing as a ship’s officer on oil tankers, rising to the rank of Chief Officer with her Unlimited Master’s License as well as San Francisco Bay pilotage endorsements.
