For Fall 2024, EGSA invites all attendees to bring their spouses or significant others along at NO EXTRA COST. What better place to enjoy a mini-vacation than stunning Bellevue in the fall? Registered better halves will enjoy complimentary access to all meal functions and networking receptions throughout the conference. Individuals that are employees of companies in the power industry and/or members of EGSA are NOT ELIGIBLE to register as a Spouse/Significant Other. If you register at the wrong category, we will update your registration type and will be invoiced for the difference in registration fees.

If your member company registers more than 2 employees (excluding spouses/significant others and complimentary exhibitors/sponsors), each additional person receives a 50% discount on their registration fee (not applicable to the optional items)!
To receive the discount, use the group registration feature and the discount will automatically apply to all the registrations after the first two. If your team didn’t register via the group registration, we can still offer the discount. Contact us at info@EGSA.org for more information.

EGSA launched our new membership portal, MyEGSA, at the end of 2023, making registration for the Fall 2024 Conference easier than ever. With a simple sign-on and group registration, you can complete the process in just a few clicks.

To receive the discounted member rate, ensure your 2024 Membership Dues are paid and updated. If you are a current, fully-paid 2024 EGSA member and are still being charged the non-member rate, please contact us immediately.

CANCELLATION POLICY
All cancellations must be made in writing. Full refunds (excluding networking activities) will be granted until August 16, 2024 minus $125 admin fee. No refunds will be granted after August 16, 2024. All refunds will be issued after the Conference. Confirmed attendees or exhibitors who do not attend the Conference will not be issued refunds or credit towards future conferences. No refunds will be provided if you cancel a networking activity.
